I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, specifically with Paul. I run a business and have a commercial account, so I spend a significant amount of money here. When I came in, he was rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even take the time to properly look up my commercial account so I could receive my pricing. Disappointed. I used a $5 reward towards my purchase that an employee told me was the correct part. The website said it didn't fit, so I verified with him 3 times, and he confirmed it was the right part. It was not the right one. Brought it back the same day. Just wanted to exchange it, which they did, but I then had to pay $5 more for the new one, b/c the reward wouldn't transfer over.
