Good an fast service
This particular location is the worst for customer service. 1 older gentleman at the front while 8 yes 8 other employees who couldn't be bothered to help the customers in line. Left this poor man by him self while he had a line of 5 people. Employees should stop what ever order they are picking to help the customers in line. The apache junction location blows this place out of the water when comes to customer service. Yall need to do better.
I had to stop by O'Reilly Auto Parts after a long day at work because my battery needed to be replaced, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Thankfully, Chance completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me replace my battery. He never made me feel rushed, answered my questions, and made what could have been a frustrating errand surprisingly easy. Instead of ending my day stressed out, I left feeling grateful.
