The O'Reilly's at Pecos & Arizona Ave always has what I'm looking for in stock. I thought today might be a first with not being able to find what I needed. I was looking for a hard to find oil that I urgently needed and I didn't see it on the shelf, and as I was about to walk out, Robert asked if he could help, I didn't think he could but he insisted. Professional, knowledgeable, had my part in stock
An amazing young man named Diego helped me from start to finish when my battery for my VW Jetta died. He even installed it and walked me through all the steps he did. It did take some time but he was thorough, patient, kind and calm through the whole process. I appreciate him so much because his whole demeanor helped ease a very tense situation late at night.
