I had a fantastic experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts today! I came in needing a specific part, and James and Corey went absolutely above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we found the exact part I needed instead of just rushing me through. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be coming back to this location for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend!
Johnston location, Horrible customer service. Just rush you out the store and don’t help to the best of their ability. Advanced auto parts had way better service and will be shopping there from now on.
I was greeted politely and listened to what happened. I waited a few minutes . Salesperson told me what happened to the num.3 coil. Needs to replaced. I bought the part. And went to my mechanic who installed it for me, and my surprised, charged me next to nothing. Easy to installed. Thank you for being honest with me. O'REILLY AUTO PARTS. There always very helpful. Down to earth, personable friendly. Just don't get that anymore. It's hard to find now adays. That's why I won't go to the competitors any more
