I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the staff at this location. The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional and lacked common courtesy. I placed an online order, but never received the pickup email. When I called the store, the associate asked for my name and claimed the order was not available without checking the system or order number.I then went to the store the same associate was rude and told me I needed to call the 800 number.
