Will is a lifesaver, and a consummate professional. He went above and beyond to help me when my car stopped in the middle of the road, luckliy right in front of O'Reily Auto Parts. He came out to the street, and jumped my battery. Then he had be to drive to build up a charge, and subsequently did a diagnostic check on my car. Very helpful with the questions I had
I went to the 723/Richmond location Saturday afternoon. Had to get all 3 wimdshield Wipers for my car. Lily was a huge help! She started to change out the wipers,and it started pouring rain. She finished one. I told her to not finish with the others. By the time she got one done she was soaked! I felt so bad! Thank you Lily!
