My experience at this O'Reilly store has been by far one of the very best experiences I have ever had at an auto parts store. They definitely surpassed my expectations. The guy's at the counter "Mr. Clay and Mr.William" I believe was their names went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to start a big project. Today, Wednesday, February 7, around 2:00 p.m., I went to your store in Richmond, Texas, on FM 723, store #6186. I was looking for a battery for my car, and I was assisted by the manager, possibly named Cindy, though I don’t remember clearly.
