This store has the utmost professional people who answer questions with dignity and respect. Even when they are busy. I can’t say this about other stores.
richard made me feel stupid for not knowing everything about my car. i called the store looking for a alternator for my taurus, and richard was genuinely rude and hateful towards me. but i gave it 2 stars because i came in person and courtney was more than happy to help me with my problems. if you do come to this oriellys, avoid richard!!
Both Derick and Andrew were on the top of their game today when they not only helped me find several items I needed, but as I got in my car to leave I noticed a sizeable stream of coolant spewing from under my car - Andrew came out to the car - checked to see what was leaking and waited with me till the car cooled down enough to remove the radiator cap safely and then added coolant to get me home till I can address the leak myself tomorrow.
