The rudest unhelpful employee I have ever met. Wouldn’t spent a penny here after today
I wish I could give zero stars rudest customer service I came in with a simple question and I understand not knowing the answer but there is a way you talk to people they were dismissive and rude and I will never return to this place.
There was a guy there by the name of Ryan, who was absolutely amazing! When I got through the door, he gave me a step-by-step plan of what he will check to help me get some type of resolution to my problem and was very confident that he knew what to do and did it exactly how he said he would do it. Considering I had just went to a different O’Reillys and ended up still having the same problem after getting to start for half of the day he fixed it and rounded it up to where I won’t have that problem again. Adolfo was a great help. Definitely put in the extra effort to help fix our battery issue. Our connection terminals were corroded.
The reason for my score is because I came in earlier today for a battery replacement, but didn’t have enough to purchase. Tev was sooo helpful, kind, and friendly! He gave me the quote and I left. By the grace of God I was able to get the money for the battery and I came back over. Tev was still here and was able to replace my battery. He replaced it so fast and efficiently also taught me a few things while replacing it! I’m so appreciative for his kindness and just willingness to help! Don’t see that too often anymore.
