Keenan was the best in service and part placement. Other stores couldn't find or put the extra effort as Keenan had done toward finding the correct part number and store locations. Who had the part closest to the job location. -Service Is Safety
Terrible wait time. Each time I've stepped in here, the phone constantly rings. Now I know why my calls go unanswered. Manager on duty on Tuesday night was pretty grouchy with coworkers. His energy was so negative. I will never be back here.

Lupe was super helpful and professional.
Keenan saved me! I was in my mother’s car and the battery died at a car wash. Got it jumped and went to O’Reilly’s. It was super hot outside but Kennan did not complain and he took care of removing the old battery and putting in the new one!! I am so thankful :)
