I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I came in needing a simple battery replacement, something that most auto parts stores handle quickly and professionally. Instead, the personnel flat-out refused to change the battery. There was no helpful explanation, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no customer service whatsoever. I just received the best customer service from here!! My uncle Jesse had a headlight go out. So we came here to buy a new bulb. Marco was extremely respectful and even changed the bulb out for my Uncle! Thank you so much Marco! So glad to see there are still good people in this world!
