Rude customer service especially the manager. No help at all. Sitting down on a chair on his phone. Didn't even really look at me. Autozone was way more helpful. Lost customer probably won't be coming back there again

I had a terrible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. I came in needing a simple battery replacement, something that most auto parts stores handle quickly and professionally. Instead, the personnel flat-out refused to change the battery. There was no helpful explanation, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no customer service whatsoever.
