My car gave them a bit of a hard time, but the staff handled it sincerely and sent me off with clear guidance and reassurance. It’s great to find an auto parts shop with excellent service and genuinely helpful staff.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—do not recommend this location. I went in for a battery replacement. At first, everything went smoothly: the associate was polite and confirmed my warranty. She began replacing the battery, but midway through, an employee named Alexis (whose photo I posted) suddenly yelled at her, asking what she was doing.
