Another cookie cut auto parts store where the customer service is taken care of by people who don't know a thing about auto repair, and couldn't care less about the customers needs as a whole... If it's not on their computer they know nothing about it, don't ask any technical questions because you'll only get a blank stare as a response... Ahhh God bless what has become of America!!!

I came in for a battery and starter check and was disappointed with the service I initially received from Gustavo. After testing the battery, he simply told us it was bad and said that if we wanted it charged, we needed to take it out. When I tried asking what the results meant and whether the battery should be replaced, he walked away without answering our questions, leaving us confused about what to do next.
