Raymond was amazing!! I came in for a battery exchange and it turned out to be very difficult task. Nevertheless Raymond remained calm and was focused on taking care of the customer. He was able to complete the install and sell me some terminals to help with the battery. Thank you O reilly for employing Raymond! Great manager!
This location recently opened, which is a short drive from my residence. I have visited this store about four times and each time the employees were very helpful. I stopped by today to get my vehicle scanned. The employee ( wish I knew his name) immediately grabbed a scanner and checked my car for codes. He was very helpful and answered my questions. These are the kind of people we need behind the counter. Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism.

have been attempting to contact the three stores in this area, but each one placed me on hold without any prior inquiry, which was quite frustrating given my travel circumstances. This inconvenience led me to discover Oreillys, a competitor, which promptly answered my call within two rings and did not place me on hold. It is disappointing to see how AutoZone manages customer service.
