Knowledgeable and courteous. A big help.
Excellent customer service. I was told by O'Reillys in Rainsville the blinker bulb they gave me might fit but they wasn't sure. Didn't offer to even check. These guys went above and beyond to help me. They even replaced the bulb where the other guy said there was no way he could put the bulb in. If I have any auto concerns Ill be sure to use them again.
I worked at an auto parts store part time for years and this store being new thinking they would be all about customer service but I went in to buy a star bit set the one I was going to buy had already been opened I asked if I could take it outside and make sure it was the correct size and sales guy told me absolutely not now I’ve always let customers do this so we could sell the product first time I’ve ever seen such a rude sales person like this.
