Got stuck in Wausaukee with a bad battery. Was able to jump start the truck, but didn't have enough power to drive over 45 mph. It was Sunday, so nothing in town was open forcing a drive to Crivitz. Braden offered exceptional customer service from the start and swapped out my battery for me as I had no tools and no experience to do this myself. He saved the day as we were driving up to Houghton to drop my child off at college. Words of thanks and praise don't seem nearly enough.
