I recently shopped this store and was really impressed by a young employee,he went above and beyond to assist me,polite and efficient.thats right.
Surprisingly, there is a user friendly Oriellys in Monte Vista. Pretty standard.
We are from out of town and our A/C wasn't blowing very cold. We have a baby and he was getting overheated, so it was pretty imperative we got our A/C recharged and it isn't a job that requires a mechanic, necessarily. Sean showed us how to fill it and was one of the most knowledgeable retail employees I have met working for this type of DIY auto store. He was also very respectful and kind. Thanks for helping us get home in the heat comfortably, Sean.
