Really bad service and poor management didn’t provide me with a return policy paper or anything, also they don’t really provide with a solid return policy even tho I had i receipt,
Came in to replace a battery and found that the battery was under warranty. Unfortunately, the type of battery in my car was out of stock. Thomas, the associate, he could have the battery delivered in an hour and half. In an hour and half the battery was at the store. Mark, the shops assistant manager came out and installed the new battery. All of the associates were helpful. 5 Stars all around.

This O’Reillys in Manassas is the best place in the area to get parts hands down. It’s probably the biggest auto parts store around and they have always had what I’ve needed. Everyone that has helped me out in the past has always been friendly. Scott has helped me out a few times and would love to give him recognition. I haven’t gone to Autozone or Advance Auto in a really long time and do not ever plan to. I will always recommend this store!!!
