Horrible customer service on the phone and in person. The person at the store was visibly intoxicated and you could smell the alcohol. The person I spoke to on the phone said they had it in stock when I showed up they didn’t I wouldn’t step foot in a store ever again.
Very good to me. Switched over from carquest to oreilly because carquest dont know how to treat people with respect. So far so good!!
After I left helpless by Advance Auto Parts, I went down the street to O’Reilly Auto Parts. They were slammed by customers and short staffed. I could tell they were stressed with everything, but they took the time to help me. Rick was awesome and helped me get the exact battery for my Audi. Yes he was slammed with customers and said he would have changed it for me but he didn’t have the time, I appreciated that he at least genuinely tried to help.
