David the manager at O'Reilly is an absolute gem and helped me tremendously! Came in to get my battery replaced (under warranty). After 2.5hrs Subaru had determined my battery was dead and needed replacing (even though I replaced it 9months ago). They wanted to charge me $600 (INSANE). So I went to O'Reilly to get it replaced since it was still under warranty. David went out to do a battery test but immediately recognized that the battery terminal cable was loose and needed to be replaced, not the battery. Not a part O'Reill... read more
Ordered parts where ready but very busy on a Fri evening. My suggestion would be to make the two lines into a single path as someone in the other line jumped ahead of me. A single line will prevent the confusion. Other autoparts stores have a single line.
Knowledge staff, almost always have what I need. Going back this afternoon for another repair job.
