Had my parts in stock. Great customer service!
I want to thank Izail for his excellent customer service at this store location. I had to order a part on my vehicle and as a woman I was not aware of all my car specifications. Initially I called the store off Andrews Avenue near to Oakland Park and I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. The man was spanish- speaking and he hung up the phone on me several times after me repeating my VIN number twice!

Management, please take note: your assistant manager, Eric, deserves the most highest rewards and recognition for his performance today. The only one behind the counter, before 9 AM, with a steady stream of customers preventing him from changing out my battery under warranty, this young man was able to maintain his cool, as he respectfully attended to the customers, knowing I had been waiting for quite some time.
