Brent and Pat helped me fix my vehicle in the parking lot… first class service and very knowledgeable guys. Every time I come here, I have always had a very pleasant experience.
I was out of town and my key fob died. I called to see if they had the battery I needed. They did. I went in and not only did they have the correct battery, but he installed it, and went out to insure it was working with my vehicle at no additional charge. In my book, excellent service, especially when I am sure there was little profit on the sale. But the customer service rating is outstanding.
I want to give a shout out to the manager who took care of my wifes car battery without having a receipt. he replaced the bad battery no questions asked. Thank you very much.
