Tim was amazing and helped us with our drive belt and got us back on the road quickly!!
Staff refused to charge my battery to run the necessary tests needed because it was 15 minutes before close on 6/25/26. I would have gladly bought a battery if that was the problem, but now I am waiting for a tow truck. In every business I have ever worked for or managed, you were expected to go above and beyond if it was within your ability to do so. Not here.
This store is the best. The store manager, Brent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and on top of his game. I have a mercury grand marquee and I was going to be leaving for North Carolina the next day and had multiple check engine light come on. He helped me sort through the issues. Got the parts drove to North Carolina no problems. Highly recommend this store.
