Staff refused to charge my battery to run the necessary tests needed because it was 15 minutes before close on 6/25/26. I would have gladly bought a battery if that was the problem, but now I am waiting for a tow truck. In every business I have ever worked for or managed, you were expected to go above and beyond if it was within your ability to do so. Not here.
This store is the best. The store manager, Brent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and on top of his game. I have a mercury grand marquee and I was going to be leaving for North Carolina the next day and had multiple check engine light come on. He helped me sort through the issues. Got the parts drove to North Carolina no problems. Highly recommend this store.
Brent couldn’t have been more helpful!! We definitely made the right choice to stop at O’Reilly Auto Parts! We unfortunately needed a new battery but promptly as we were heading out of town. Brent was not only knowledgeable and swift in assisting us, but his friendly and personable personality made an unfortunate and unexpected car issue, delightful! Ty Brent! We will definitely be using O’Reilly in the future for our auto needs!
