My friends and I got a nail in our tire, so we went in 10 minutes before they closed. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. A nail in a tire is never convenient, but they made us feel bad bad for coming in so close to closing (even though they were still open.) Yet, still tried getting us to sign up for a reward program after rushing us through the store.
After wasting time at NAPA and Advance Auto Parts, I went to O'Reilly's in Highland City and received the best, BAR NONE, customer service I've ever received in an auto parts store. No less than Brent, the manager of the store handled my dinky request to replace a rear blinker light in my Dodge Journey. What would have been a huge frustration for me to do myself or worse, as NAPA and Advance told me, get a mechanic and pay who knows how much, Brent did for me with a smile and a hardy handshake. Great service fully stocked and great staffing
Funny employee. I went in there one time to ask a question about my manual car. And they guy there said “uhh i don’t know anything about manual cars, sorry”. I went back a week later to get some interior lights and he came to help install them and seen my car was manual and said “OH it’s a manual? Oh yea brother SAVE THE MANUAL”. I wanted to bust out laughing but held it in.
