Can I return product from you guys to a different store location?
I bought a battery from this store expecting basic customer service, including help with installation. Instead, I was told they couldn’t install it because they only had two employees working. The store was not busy, and I made it clear that I was willing to wait. Rather than trying to help a paying customer, the employee told me to go to another store. That is unacceptable.
