So thankful for this O’Reilly! I’m on a work trip and my oil light came on in my BMW. The man at the counter- if he’s not already the manager should be the manager went above and beyond and put the oil that I purchased in my car for me. Thank you thank you!!
Poor customer service know it all employees who tell you no you're wrong when you're infact correct on your own opinion don't tell a mechanic they're wrong when they have more knowledge than you do because they actually work on cars not just selling parts keep your options to yourself and don't force it onto your customers
