I don’t ever really leave reviews but there was a taller guy in their, I think his name was Bull, he stayed open late to make sure I had everything I need and the knowledge I need to get my car up and running again.

I hate leaving a bad review, but the cashier who rang up my purchase literally didn’t speak, didn’t communicate, nothing. If you don’t like people (I totally understand) then maybe don’t work in customer service? 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
We were so impressed with the service received! We are from out of town and our oil cap lost its seal. He went above and beyond assisting us in the rain to get us back on the road.
My battery in my Hyundai Santa Fe needed to be replaced. I called O'Reilly, and they said, they had my battery in stock. I drove down the next morning and with only a short wait, I bought the new battery and they installed it for free. Easy-peasy, and great customer service. These guys know what they're doing.
