Great location. I do have a problem with customer service: when I go in to pick up car parts, the guys look at each other telling each other to help me. Every time I leave, they laugh. Don't know why but I still continue to buy items. Parts are pretty inexpensive but sometimes they give the wrong item size or an item I didn't need.
Mark was the guy that helped me, more like saved me. if I could give 10 star's I would. He not only fixed what auto Zone Broke, he saved me $200.00 Dollars. If I would have stayed at auto zone and not gone to O'Reillys. I would have been out $300.00 because auto zone broke the item then tried to sell me a new one. O'REILLY ALL THE WAY. thank you Mark.
Great customer service and super knowledgeable. I came in bc my windshield wipers decided they didn’t want to work anymore, lol. Not only did the team here provide me with the best option for my car, they explained why and installed them for me. Super happy with the service I received here and recommend if you are looking for a welcoming environment.
