This was already one of the most disorganized O'Reilly locations around, but the shift working the evening of September 17, 2026, took it to a new level. I came in earlier in the day finishing an A/C repair and was completely brushed off, so I went to AutoZone for what I needed. At around 8:30 PM, I ended up in a pinch and came back here specifically looking for an R-134a can tap adapter. Went to get a headlight because mine was out, the store employees were rude & short. When I asked if they had gloves I could have to change my headlight (because you aren’t supposed to touch them) they were very strange about it until a woman offered them for $1. They said no one has ever asked them for gloves before…. After purchasing & working on changing it, the store was not closed yet & as soon as I purchased the headlight they locked the doors behind me.
