Had the worst experience ever with Corbin. We bought a alternator and a battery for my sons truck less then a year ago from the Pottsboro store.on the way home today the alternator went out so we pulled it off the truck and took it up there .Corbin said that it was the wrong alternator for the first 20 mins of our time then he found his mistake and agreed to replace it . After years of purchasing with O’Reillys, I unfortunately have never dealt with a more difficult or uncommon sense situation. Unfortunately, I had some work done on my son’s vehicle. A battery was purchased By our mechanic a brand new battery that’s less than 6 1/2 months old at a cost of $270. Unfortunately, the battery went bad and my son’s vehicle.
