Went there yesterday to get my check engine light tested. The guy was looking at me like I was bothering them. And the woman told me they can’t see code history, if the check engine light is not currently on they can’t check it. Went to the O’reilly in Boyd, they were super friendly as soon as I walked in, and super helpful with checking my code history. Check Engine light didn’t have to be on, they were just being lazy.

Great work ethic, for sure coming back here. They go the extra mile.
Do not try to tell the customer they are wrong when they are telling what happened while they were the one having the problem with the battery not you.
