The young man that waited on us was able to offer a suggestion that fixed our problem and we were able to make it home. We didn't have any more issues with the transmission not shifting gears. Great customer service!!
Murph is the man! Not only was he able find me the parts I need, but he wanted to know specific info about my vehicle so he would be able to help the next guy with something similar. Made for a great conversation and ultimately I got my vehicle running in no time! Oh and he pronounced correctly on the first try!

Rude delivery driver: We had a brake situation that needed immediate attention while on a road trip. We stopped at this O’Reillys and parked far out in the parking lot with multiple open spots on either side. While we were in the middle of preparing to change brake pads (passenger side door open to get the jack out, two people and a dog conferring) in the Very Open parking lot, an O’Reilly’s employee tried to park their company car in the slot right next to the truck, where we were standing.
