Great customer service
We had car trouble on a recent holiday roadtrip and pulled into O'Reilly to figure out what was wrong. The store was clean and organized and the employees were friendly and extremely helpful, which made a big difference during a stressful time. You got the feeling that they cared about helping your get your car running, not just selling you a part. We used their scanner and they helped us figure out what part we needed and also lent us tools. Thank you!
