I just have to give a big shout out to Alyssa Brayer!! Thank you!! You ROCK! I was waiting for pizza next door and my car died. I went in to see if anyone could help me, and she jumped right on it, grabbed he cables and drove her truck over to my car. She couldn't actually reach my battery because there was another vehicle in the way, but she tried!! Crystal is a lifesaver! I was stuck in my Honda in the parking lot because my car wouldn’t start and every time I opened the door the alarm would go off. I didn’t know what was wrong. I called. She answered and ran out to my car, got my keys changed my key fob battery (Which I should have known, but was in a panic and did not) Brought them back out to me and made sure that I was able to start my car and get back going again. I’ve never had somebody do that for me and that was awesome thank you!
Lot of different parts and offerings, good selection of different brands and warranties. Pricing is a kettle higher though.

My F150 Check Engine light came on so I went to the store to have them connect their Scan Tool to look for related Codes. The codes indicated a particular sensor but the sensor is only available at the Ford dealership. The O'Reilly employee sent me on my way to the Ford dealer parts department and said his scan tool report was 100% free. WHAT!..., Thank you!! I obtained the necessary part from Ford and went back to O'Reilly to get some tools I needed in order to replace the part. Repair complete. Thanks again to O'Reilly Aut... read more
