My grandfather owns an LLC and has been a long-time O’Reilly customer. Today we were sold a part that didn’t work, and when we tried to return it with a valid receipt, a new employee falsely claimed it was used and not even from their store. We had to go to another location and speak to a manager just to get the refund we were clearly entitled to, despite having proof of purchase. Who ever this new hire is needs a reevaluation
The customer service here sucks came in here for some spray on oil lubrication guy just sends me down the aisle couldn't find it
