Colton was super helpful show me different items a better item to purchase than what I was getting and told me it was on sale I could get two for the price of one so I was very impressed the other guy was angry and not very happy if it wasn't for Colton I would have walked out
Have come to this location on three different occasions - weeks apart - to dispose of oil, only to be told they’re full each time. Don’t waste your time coming here, they don’t want to dump your oil.
Owen and Colton did absolutely amazing. Our car died right as soon as we got into the parking lot. They both were a great help in identifying the problem and helping us fix the issue. The ONLY reason it’s not a five star was because some dude named Johnny (I think he’s a manager) decided it would be ok to raise his voice and berate Colton for being to take the time to help. I believed Johnny to be very unprofessional. However because of the aid that Colton and Owen lended, we will definitely be returning to this store.
Went to O Reileys and bought 6 quarts of oil for my truck. I changed oil and returned the old oil and was going to buy an air filter. The guy said their reservoir was full and couldnt take it. So I went to another O Reileys and was told their oil is contaminated and couldnt take it. So I went to Auto Zone and they took my oil and I bought my air filter there. I guess I dont understand how hard it is, as a manger, to check your reservoir and have it emptied before its completely full and you have to turn customers away. I wil... read more
Leon is fantastic as a woman working on your own car can be kind of hard, but I’ve been at the store twice now with issues that Leon took care of for me. He went above and beyond his duty and made asure that I was taking care of. I refuse to shop anywhere else for parts. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and deserves a raise.!!
