My Monday started out rough.. needed a new battery, which unfortunately isn’t easy with poor engineering design on my Ford Escape. Leon took the time to dig it out and replace it so I could get back to work. Thank you Leon!!
Jonny the assistant manager is terrible. I ordered a part 2 days ago and was told it was going to be in yesterday and they were going to call me. Keep in mind the company I work for does alot of business at this location. Never received a call, didn't think much about it. Get a call this morning questioning me why I didn't pick the part up. I said I never got a call but i would today. Went in tonight and spoke to Johnny the assistant manager. I said it could be under my name or the company I work for. He couldn't find it. Excellent staff
Andrue saved the Audi of the night. He helped me figure out my headlights and taillights. AND went the extra mile to pull a burning bulb and place it back in the headlight housing. My go to is usual Leon, but lately it’s been Owen. Owen has helped me in many way with my vehicles and always with a smile….even when it’s 5 mins to closing, he never pushes to close and always smiling. Shoutout to Manager Leon for an awesome staff and taking that extra effort to please.
Always love going to this company, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
