Great customer service
They had everything I was looking for in stock and at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. O'Reilly is my go to auto parts store.
Mr Hutch was extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell he likes the interaction with customers and he gives the extra mile by serving with dedication and professionalism. Keep up the good work.
If I could give this a 0 I would. My elderly father went in there to look at a few things and they would not help him. He was trying to get some opinions and get some help matching a part and they would not even look it up on the computer for him.there was 4 or 5 employees in there and none of them refused to help him . Said "we aren't mechanics" when all he was trying to do was get some parts matched on the computer and some assistance finding some things in the store. Shame on all those employees.
