Kodiak the manager at the manassas store today around 12:30 was unwilling to assist my grandmother with putting her battery in that she purchased and picked up. Per the info you all have publicly available on your website, it is advertised that any battery purchased through o’reilly auto parts can be installed by you guys as well.
