Incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed a battery swap after being disabled by the roadside . I jumped my car and got it to them . They swapped the battery out and I was on my way in under 15 minutes.
Gina was amazing. I had a turn signal bulb in my work van go out, swung through purchased the bulb. Gina changed it out in literally five minutes at no cost.
The best auto parts store i know of . I have local oreliys near me but I go out of my way to come here because they are very knowledgeable here . I don't have to worry about being sold the wrong size parts like at other stores . Also was shown alot of products they offer I didn’t know they even offered such as tools and accessories. I highly recommend this store !
Jimmy was awesome! Helped put in a new retainer clip in a very difficult spot, underneath the car. Installed it in just a few!
