I stopped at O'Reilly's because my van was shaking and shuddering and I needed the codes ran. The polite gentleman inside came right out to help me and talk to me a little bit about my cylinder number 5 misfiring and what I could do about it and gave me some helpful advice without pressuring me to buy anything and I was very happy with my experience.
I bought a new battery. It was reasonably priced and met the specifications to fit in my battery compartment.
Had issues with my car on a trip to see my father. Employees were all friendly and helpful...even the other customers were nice... definitely recommend
