Polite and very good at finding exactly what u need.
I was making a long drive home had a little car hiccup. I went in and explained my situation, Charles ended up coming outside, getting under my car and fixing it for me in the parking lot!! I made the rest of my 2 hour drive home thanks to him, he was super friendly and happy to help the entire time. Thanks again!
