Gavin at store 5497 has gone above and beyond to make sure that I has the best customer service and got what I needed for my car very much appreciated ! wish more employees were like this
Customer service is very poor here. A guy (last name Rodriguez) ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and when I came back maybe 10-15 mins later he was trying to refused a refund when I had a receipt. He got a slick mouth and he needs to be terminated. I am a General manager at a restaurant and this is unacceptable on how I was treated.
If I could give more stars, I would. Bryan saved the day!! I came in near closing needing my battery checked as well as exchanged. He also gathered some items for my mother and had them ready to go at the register when I arrived. Bryan’s customer service was superb. He was personable and kind. Despite me coming late in the evening, he went above and beyond for me. He was efficient in changing my battery, and his positive attitude & Kindness did not go unnoticed. Please give this man a raise And promotion!
