Great prices on many parts. Always get good service here. I have recently ordered parts, tools, gaskets, and they arrived in a timely fashion. My recent oil pan replacement was a successful with a gasket and a tap set from O'Reilly. I have been pleased with the O'Reilly crew for a number of years now.
If you need parts , they have parts. The new staff really needs to show a little even the tiniest bit of enthusiasm. Frustrating but can get what you need here
Pila at O'Reilly is amazing. I called three different times about the same part with questions. He did the research to be sure that I was going to get the right one and then he ordered it for me right away. Thankful for Pila's patience and great customer service on a Saturday morning before 8a!
Nobody answers the phone for two days and we see them open. We call Hilo. He answers in three rings every time sometime 4 but they answer at least then ask them if Kona is open, they said yes yeah, they have a problem of answering phones aloha hope it changes is a good store
