What should have been a quick and efficient pickup order was not. The store seems to prioritize phone calls over customers who are in the store. I was the only person waiting for a pickup order, yet I was asked to wait while an employee (older man with grey hair) spent several minutes assisting a phone customer over a part that the rep had to search for. Nice friendly service personnel
I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts in Olmito, and the sales representative, Ismael, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions, resolved my concerns, and even installed the wipers I purchased for my car. Ismael was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this location excellent customer service!
