In Sept 2025, I purchased a battery for a 2021 Toyota Camry from O’Reilly Auto Parts in Broussard, LA. They installed the battery for me without issue. On Sept 24, 2026, I returned to O’Reilly because I suspected the battery was bad. Christian checked the battery and verified it was bad. I told her I wanted a new battery. She brought me into the store and showed me my choices of battery. Showing me the same one I had previously purchased, I realized there was a 3 yr warranty on it. Davin at O’Reilly did an outstanding job last week. He quickly identified the correct Exhaust Camshaft Sensor 2 for my vehicle and made sure I had the exact part I needed. On top of that, he went the extra mile by showing me the precise location of the sensor under the hood, which saved me a lot of time during the repair. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — excellent customer service all around.
Just a shout out to this store... 😃👏🏾 ( Ambassador Caffery, Broussard) Drove in to have my battery tested, getting there with a car that needed a jump because it wouldn't start was a stressor. In the parking lot a staff member was out there checking another customer's battery, poor us. Rylie helped me determine I needed an alternator after having some issues. Rylie was quick, helpful, and definitely knowledgeable about his line of work. Great customer service 10/10 will be back again.
