I'd like to write a review on the new manager that is now at O'Reilly's. I noticed how rude she was unprofessional and disrespectful . You need to be a little kinder to your customers!!! I'm not sure how she made management?? She was so arrogant. I will not be returning., and if she continues to have that attitude I'm sure you're going to lose a lot of customers
