Called close to 10 Stores to try to find what was going on with the warranty on my alternator. I had the date the time eve the credit card transaction. No store was able to find the transaction. Then Came Erica….I beyond speechless. I really need to find out how to get ahold of her managers manager. She spent 30 plus minutes on the phone tracking down the receipt. Found it, gave me the info to go to a location near me (I’m 6 hours away) told me there’s still a warranty on it and if the locations here give me an issue they ca... read more
