After being a long term customer at O'Reilly's at this location or any location for that, at this point, never again, rude employees, lost my warranty for a known part to fail and so I'm out more than 300 dollars, they put it under someone else's name, rude, impatient and do not like to help customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior at O’Reilly Auto Parts at 1402 North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth, FL. Armando is by far the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered. His impatience and blatant disrespect—yelling at customers—is disgraceful and inexcusable. If this is the kind of person this company allows to represent their brand, it speaks volumes about their standards, or lack thereof.
