The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant but when I got to the store and needed assistance checking my battery, Cliff was crabby, rude, talked over me when I spoke and even made the comment “ I can’t wait to get out of here”. There was no greeting from him, no “ how can I help you?”. He told me my battery was fine but before the day was over, I found out that it was not fine and replacing it at a different, more pleasant business fixed the problem.
