We went for power steering fluid, only to need the whole pump when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could (with in their limits). If we were going to have issues 1500 miles from home this was the best place to do so.
These people behind desk are more helpful than most other places. The old fella came out and checked error code for me on my truck and I have had to borrow a t 25 bit for my car once. Nice little store.
My engine light came on and it was determined I needed a new thermostat. A young man who works for O'Reilly's in Sheridan Wyo installed the thermostat for me. Oriellys should be extremely proud of this employee, Tanner, for going above and beyond to help out a customer.
Candace from this location was excellent help she very awesome she knows what she talking about and help out tremendously we was just driving threw and broke down 8 miles into Montana and came back toward this location and she's been helping us out we love mrs Candace
