December 12, 2024 around 1:20 pm, I would give you 0 stars if that was an option! The guy sold me new bulb for 8.99, mind you I have a 30 minute lunch, 45 mintues later, telling me it wasn't my bulb, had to Google where my fuse box was at, then telling me that I would need to take it to a shop to check it out. Went back inside to refund my money, an older guy was waiting to talk to the same employee because he had sold him the wrong windshield wiper blad, and telling the customer that it had to be the right one because he lo... read more
A huge thank you to Will and Ryan and candice working on shift last night, I broke down and needed answers and I called o Reilly’s and will stayed on the phone with me til I could figure out what was wrong, my friends towed my car there and helped me out and they brought my friends tools to help him with my car and they even stayed pass closing time, let me tell you I have never experienced this much amazing customer service and just over all friendly help. I couldn’t of done it without all of them! thank you guys very much!
