Got what I needed!
I was up in Sheridan for work when my check engine light came on. I came into O’Reillys on a Friday night about 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to use their scanner to help me figure out what code it was throwing. The gladly helped and for that I’m grateful
I have to say Mike Robertson I believe that is his last name, went about and beyond what is expected He truly helped me to be able to keep from having more issues with my tail light. He definitely knows customer service. I truly appreciated Mike and the staff. Thank you to everyone.
On a non-typical cool day in August I saw a sign on their front glass windows that said they provide free charging system checks. They use a device that hooks to a port underneath your dash or to your battery to check the condition and health of the charging system which includes the battery and the alternator and the starter. Before entering the store I went ahead and opened the engine compartment so they would have easy access.
