Their employee Ryan is incompetent. I ordered my parts online on the 15th with it saying all parts were in stocks at this store. This being why I reluctantly chose this store. Upon going to pick my parts I was told an item 1 of the parts I ordered will not be until the next morning. I was going to collect the other to items then, but decided to wait until the other part to arrive. I went back today to get all the parts and found he had ran the other parts that were already there the previous day thru and it canceled the item... read more
These guys do a great job of shipping stuff to the store. One thing they didn't have I was able to get the same day after ordering in the morning. The other thing they didn't have in stock, they will get it the following day. I love their shipping Network. If they don't have what you're asking for, they'll find it quick. Friendly too!
Always treated kindly there. Try hard to get what I need in a timely manner.
Staff is very helpful, if they don't have the part I need they can usually get next day sometimes same day if I get there early enough
