Thank you to the 2 young gentlemen who helped my neighbor (I drove him) purchase a new battery. 1 of these gentlemen looked up the batteries available for his jeep, while the other tested his old battery (Battery Bad). While my neighbor paid for his battery, he showed the gentlemen his Veterans Card (Korea). He thanked him for his service. After the purchase, 1 gentleman helped him (took his arm) out to my truck , while the other gentleman carried the new battery out to my truck (he insisted). AMAZING service!! The most delightful and knowledgeable woman, Carissa changed my battery today. No she did more than that - she helped me understand the differences so that I could make an informed choice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She's a keeper!!
