Our passenger window had shattered just outside Madras and we were 2.5 hours from home. Kody, the assistant manager, fixed it up with a garbage bag and some gorilla tape so we could get home. He went way beyond what was expected and was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
I got a radiator and it was easy and even when I originally got sold the wrong part on accident I could simply return it with no issues the car runs good now and the customer service was solid theres nothing really to complain about besides incorrectly getting sold the wrong part and having to rush back to the madras O'Reilly right before closing but the workers handled it well and I was satisfied with the service as a whole.
