This place has gone down hill soo bad last few months!! No one knows anything at the counter, deliveries to my shop are almost non existent. Store is a complete mess, empty shelves, crap everywhere. Wake up management you are loosing alot of customers!
I walked in O'reilly, concerned about my battery or alternator, because my van had needed to be jumped several times recently. The gentleman was more than willing to test my battery, alternator, and starter. Once complete, he let me know what he found.
The Madras, Oregon location is not only full of everything an auto parts store should be stocked with, but the staff is hands on helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and make a great team. Thanks y'all! Keep up the Great Work..... Update: I still stand by this review :)
Was decent … goes through employees about every 3 months … the last rollover of employees left no one that could help you with anything I now end up just finding my own stuff or go to AutoZone … tonight I went there because there the closest place to home and there closed at 7:44pm … at this point I will just not waste my time and go to AutoZone
The kid at the counter didn't know the difference between a PCV valve and a fuel pump I won't go back.
