Best location & service in the KCMO/KS metropolitan area! Hands down.
My fiancée called the store & the employee was extremely rude to him. When he asked a question about the difference between two parts, the guy said “are you really asking that?” When he said “yes I am,” the employee told him to “have a nice day” and hung up on him. Do not recommend visiting this store if you want to be treated with even an ounce of kindness.
I like this location more than others. The staff here is very knowledgeable and if they do not have what I am looking for they can usually get it within the hour. No issues with this location at all.
