Whilst at your Youngsville, NC location yesterday I was having car battery issues and Eric, without being asked, approached me and offered to help. After he jump started my car I decided to purchase a new battery which he fitted. During my interaction with Eric he was kind, courteous and very knowledgable, nothing was a bother and he was keen to help. Based on my experience I’ll definitely be back Eric is an asset to your company and a pleasure to work with.
I am a dedicated customer for the O’Reilly establishment for a few years now and I have bought and rented a wide range of products. Last Thursday the 11th of June I went to the youngsville store to return a tractor ignition switch I had bought from a store on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh.
