Checked what I needed was in stock online. Called ahead to confirm, and was assured it was in stock. Asked for the product to be held at the counter and was told no, that no one else buys what I needed anyways. Drove an hour out here after calling to confirm what I needed was in stock. Arrived to find out Simon, the associate I'd spoken to on the phone, never actually confirmed the stock, and didn't actually have the product.
