Needed a fuse for my car and verified what I needed was in stock on line. Store was clean and well organized and finding the part was quick and easy. Getting checked out was a little slow as there were a few people ahead of me. Staff was pleasant and helpful and spoke Spanish and English. This is 2nd location I went to for this repair and had pretty much same exact experience overall.
I went in a couple days ago and was taken care of by the manager eny of the store she was friendly and took care of all my needs
I went to this O’Reilly twice on the same day after jump-starting my car twice. In the morning, their battery test showed the battery was fine, but by evening the battery had died again. I called and told them my car had been there earlier and that I was coming back for a battery replacement after a jump start. They had no reservations at that point and seemed fine with swapping the battery. When I arrived around 6:45 pm, the staff showed little interest in helping.
