I came on Memorial Day, Calvin and Matthew helped me have my bad battery replaced! My battery was totally bad, without their help, there was no doubt that I would have a bad day with more trouble to have the battery changed on the next day.
Love having one on the west side.
The team in this store is peak, I will comeback to this O’reilly anytime I need parts .The customer service was the best I’ve dealt with any where to date. I went in with parts from a sister store that were mismatched and they bent over backwards to make it right and make sure I got my correct parts and that the returns went smooth . I’m grateful for yall!!!
