I come to this store often and the customer service is typically decent but pretty bare minimum. However, I went today- 5/16/26- and as soon as I walked in the door it was a whole different vibe. Several employees acknowledged me, people were cheerful. I was confused to be honest. Looked around and saw a mostly female crew working today and I just loved it! They were all so kind. Called in parts and they had them ready for me when I got there great people
Had to get a jump start to make it to O'Reilly. Older gentleman said I can sell you the battery but I can't put it on for you.He said he didn't think he had the tools to reach the back support. Then he said you may want to go somewhere else..I bought the battery and my nephew had it on in less than 10 minutes. He said whoever the guy at O'Reillys is he must be ignorant or lazy. Lady apologized when I returned the core. Said Dennis didn't like changing batteries with a box on top.
