On two separate occasions, I have contacted this location because they cut brake rotors. I’ve asked them if they can cut the rotors that day. They’ve told me yes on both occasions I went in and they said nobody here knows how to cut rotors and I’ve gone so far as to say no one would’ve told you that because nobody here knows how to cut rotors. Went by today for a battery test (around 7:00p) and Joe was above and beyond helpful. Great auto store in the area. Better than the others . After living here for more than a decade. I appreciate Joe and his teammates for always making it easy to shop for the things that my car need.
Tried to convince me I needed something I didn't. Watch out for sales pressure.
came into the store , some older guy heavy weight always come here never have had problems i’m 19 don’t know what i’m looking for he’s telling me all this information and all i asked was what oil to get he’s writing numbers down and tells me to go look for it , that’s now how it should work he needs to stop sitting down all day and get up and help me look for it , had to drive all the way to auto zone and they got it for me 2 seconds you guys need to hire people that actually want to help me and wanna actually work instead o... read more
