On February 15, 2026 we were out of town and my truck broke down, so we went to the nearest OAP in Citrus Heights on Greenback Lane. My husband spoke with the Rep. Tino when they came to the conclusion that the battery cable post was most likely the problem. For MY security, we purchased a battery and the post. Tino was kind enough to inform us if we DIDN'T need the battery to return it to our local OAP. My husband worked his magic by changing the post and we were on our way back home within 30 minutes. Nice auto parts store. They have a free wiper install service.
The store is well-organized, the staff is friendly, and they have a great selection of products. It’s clear the team cares about their customers. 5 stars!
Be careful buying here, they are very strict about returns. I won’t be going here again, Walnut Creek location is much better
The manager was quite helpful in assisting with the installation of wiper blades. The store was well-organized and clean.
